Initiate Your Return
Log into your Rebag account and visit the 'Orders' section to select the item you wish to return and generate your prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Item
Carefully place the item, along with all original packaging, dust bags, and authenticity cards, into the shipping box ensuring the Rebag security tag remains intact.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 2 business days of requesting the return.
Inspection and Refund
Once our experts verify the item's condition and security tags, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.
